Can family members stay with the patient?

Yes, one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient. Additional visitors can meet during visiting hours (10AM-1PM & 6PM-8PM).

How do I get cashless treatment?

For cashless treatment, submit your insurance card and policy details at the TPA desk. Pre-authorization will be obtained from your insurer before planned procedures.

What are the room options available?

We offer private rooms and general ward beds. Room allocation is based on availability and your preference. All rooms have basic amenities and nursing care.

Is food provided for patients?

Yes, diet is provided as per doctor's instructions. We have an in-house canteen for attendants and visitors. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated.
